Standard Manufacturing Co LLC makes these upper receivers in house on our state of the art machines from raw forgings. EDM machine completes the process to give us a "Built like a Tank" perfect upper receiver. They are made to proper Military Specification. It's a Flattop A3 Upper receiver with M4 Feed ramp cuts. The ejection port cover and forward assist installed. Picatinny rail on top for attachment of back up iron sights and/or optics. (Does not come with a bolt carrier group or charging handle)
